By using our website, booking services, or engaging in SMS communication with Vintage Men’s Grooming, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. SMS Messaging By opting into SMS communication, you agree to receive appointment reminders, promotional messages, and updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging rates apply. To unsubscribe, reply with “STOP.”
3. Payment & Refunds
- All services must be paid for at the time of service.
- Refunds are not issued for completed services.
- Gift cards and promotions are subject to specific terms.
4. Conduct & Policies
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with business policies.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Limitation of Liability Vintage Men’s Grooming is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
